300 hour Advanced Teacher Training

The Inner Symphony

Deepening our Understanding

Initially, we are taught the basics of yogic philosophy.

We experience the kriyas and asanas.

We meditate and do pranayama.

But, in the beginning, we can only take in so much.

The foundations are enough for us to dive in and experience the healing power of yoga.

In this 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, we will dive into the core of how it all works.

How WE all work - beneath the surface.

How we experience joy, discomfort, growth, and happiness.

How our soul is expressed in this physical world.

And how all the aspects of ourselves heal, inform, and dance together.

Our 300-Hour Training

Five Aspects of Consciousness

In yogic philosophy, we can look at how we exist as a combination and interweaving of five sheaths, coverings or koshas - the physical, pranic, mental, wisdom, and bliss bodies.

We obviously engage our physical bodies in kriyas and asana practice. We do pranayama to help prana flow. We meditate to calm our mind... and we hope that we are heading towards the land of wisdom and bliss. This is a beautiful foundation for beginning our yogic journey.

But there is so much more! Each one of these bodies is a deep dive into how we truly work, why we struggle, where we get blocked, how we heal, and how we expand into our dharmic path of joy and happiness. Not only is each one a deep dive, but they each affect the other as they weave together seamlessly with every thought, breath, action, and moment of stillness.

And so, this will be our journey together - diving deeply into each of these fascinating aspects of who we are - through teachings, yoga and meditation practice, and brilliant group discussions.

Our PHYSICAL Vessel

Understanding our Body's Intelligence

Our physical body is so much more than we know. It is the manifestation of prana. It is how we exist here on Earth - in Maya. It communicates with us all of the time. We can actively shift its health, flow, and strength at any time. We will explore the deeper aspects of our physical existence and how it is interwoven into all of our other bodies.

Our sacred current

the flow of prana and life force

Prana is so much more than breath. It is the divine energy that creates our physical body. It is the life force animating all of who we are. They say that all disease begins in the pranic body and that it is intimately connected with emotions and our glands. We will explore how this body's flow shows up in our physical bodies and how it interacts with our mental bodies, and more.

Our Inner command Post

Mastering the Mind & Emotional Landscape

I once heard a Shaolin monk teach that without control of the mind, nothing else is possible. Isn't it interesting how it is normalized for our minds to flow anywhere it wants, seemingly out of our control? Then, these thoughts create emotions, which then affect our physical health. We will explore the inner architecture of thought so that our minds help us on our journey forward.

Our Inner Compass

Awakening Intuition & Higher Wisdom

What do you really believe? What philosophies and ideas do we hold that shape our thoughts and, therefore, our emotions and experiences in the world? Our radiant essence

Embodying Pure Being & Sacred Joy

For the most part, through healing the other four bodies, bliss is simply what is left. It is our essential nature. However, we can cultivate this as well. There are wonderful ways to find true joy and bliss in our day-to-day lives and within our practice.

How the program Works

This program is open to everyone who has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in any style of yoga. While the practices in this training will mostly come from Kundalini Yoga, the teachings apply to all traditions.

This 300-hour training is comprised of the five sections listed above. In September 2027, we will begin the first section, "Our Physical Vessel". It will run for 3 months (a combination of pre-recorded videos, yoga, meditations, exercises and live Zoom classes). We will then take a month off before we begin the section on the pranic body. This pattern will continue as we complete all 5 sections. Given space for summer & holidays, the whole circuit will take just over 2 years to complete.

There will be more flexibility with this program than with a regular 200-hour training, where you must start at the beginning and continue through the whole program. Because we are flowing over 2 years, you could start any time - perhaps on Section 2, 3, 4 or 5. You could do Section 1, skip 2, then do 3, 4, and 5... and then pick up 2 in a later round. There are lots of options. Or, you could just take whichever sections interest you. You only need to take all five if you want to register your graduation with Yoga Alliance.

If you would love to join us in Fall 2027, but haven't taken a 200-hour yoga teacher training yet, definitely take a look at my LIVING MASTERS program that begins in October 2026. It will be completed in June 2027 - just in time for you to take a well-deserved break before continuing with the community in September. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE

If you would like to complete my LIVING MASTERS Yoga Teacher Training this year so that you can participate in 2027, please CLICK HERE to find out all of the details.

What if I've never done kundalini yoga?

No problem. The great thing about kundalini yoga is that everyone can do it, no matter where they are starting from. It is more focused on prana, movement, focus, and breath than strict anatomical knowledge.

I do recommend registering for my free Introduction to Kundalini Yoga Course HERE. This is a series of ten videos that will give you the foundations of kundalini yoga plus three recorded classes for you to follow along.

You can also join me for live Zoom yoga twice a week HERE.

When is the start date?

The first section will begin in September 2027.

Is this in-person or online?

This training is 100% online. You will receive an online course of pre-recorded videos that you can study during the week. Each week, we will meet live over Zoom for discussion, questions, and to go deeper.

Can i do this at my own pace?

If you would like this to count towards your 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, then you must come to the live classes during the specific time the course is running.

If you are just doing this for your own interest, you are welcome to take as long as you would like.
