This means that they are meant to heal us from the inside out.

Literally, prana = life force, and aayama means to expand.

So, pranayamas are designed to remove the obstacles within ourselves that are stopping our expansion and full living.

Please find a quiet place and make yourself comfortable in an upright position, either on a chair or on the floor... Relax. Breathe Deeply.
